GSIS and Ma On Shan

So what is the message? Must be that it is clear that the majority of the parents want the same board and do want the others.

Oops, sorry for typo. I meant DO NOT want the others.

Clearly, the parents wanted the same board and did not want the others.

Guess change is not something school really likes same board same principal. Oh well...........................

It depends on whether it is change for the better or for the worse.

Everyone wants change for the better. Who wants change for the worse?

All parents want the best for their children.

dont disagree but there has been no change for better or worse. Still the same board that thought it was ok to send the small kids to Ma On Shan. But like you said parents have chosen so nothing can be done. It is still a very good school just don't see it becoming a great school now unless the board has learned something over the last year. Who knows but maybe they have in that have heard that the swimming pool is back on the cards so guess the building has been changed some what would love to know what the new plans are.

GSIS Kindergarten Briefing Session

Does anyone has join the GSIS Kindergarten briefing session for the year 2010 held on 7 Jan 2010?

sorry to jump in here but realised my other post about this would be better answered here.....Would someone mind filling me in on what the temporary relocation of GSIS would mean for me as someone totally new to HK with children trying to get into schools starting this summer - I am unfamiliar with both the various districts mentioned on the GSIS website and the categorisation of school years so cannot work out what the location of my twins' classes would be during the school's relocation if they do get offered places - they will be 4 years and 3 months old in August at the beginning of the coming school year. Whereabouts would their campus be for the next few years? (we will be living either Peak or South Island)
Many thanks.
