Hi Moms,

I just had a food poisioning / stomach bug episode over the weekend. It was terrible. Still dont know what I had eaten caused that....

Now I am so worried about eating anything out and struggling with the options for lunch at work. Do you have any suggestions? I work in Central. It appears there are loads of food options but just dont know what is safe....

@jtaylor, try have some plain congee,it should help you recover quickly, when you feel better, you can have some light veggie soup without oil in it. Wish you become better soon.
