Upcoming mums Jan 2011

Hi,
So sorry I showed up late the other day.
I'm seeing the doctor on 5th afternoon, so I prefer 9th.
& actually I'm just on my 10th week & will be due on 22 Feb 2011.

Nicole, should I wait until my 16th week to join the yoga class?
I'm thinking of taking the one in Saikung, but it's antenatal pilates.
Sheung Wan is too far away.....
And is it ok for me to swim? I hate hot days and really need something cool.. but I'm afraid it's too early for taking the exercise.

Hi Deasy,
I have been told swimming is good, if your worried you could always take it slowly and chat to your doctor as each woman is different. I spend heaps of time in the water because I have found it so relaxing. I tend to just float around but that is more because my pool isn't big enough for laps.
