Stanley to Airport - mini bus

Does anyone know if you can take a mini bus from Stanley/Tai Tam to the airport on a mini bus? Also, are the buses here 24 hours?
 
I've never heard of it. The best and quickest way to get to the airport from Stanley is to get to Airport Express in Central. Not sure which bus takes you there as we get a cab.
