Second baby after PCOS

I had PCOS before I had my first baby. In case anyone out there has experienced the same I would like to know how hard is it to conceive the second baby and how soon should one start trying? When should I get my levels checked? Would I need to go back on Metformin before trying to conceive again? What did your Gynae suggest? I wish to start taking some precautions before my PCOS symptoms kick in.:thanks

I have PCOS and conceived my first on clomid. My second happened first month off the pill without any chemical help. I find that being on the contraceptive pill helps regulate my body so that, for a little while, my body forgets that it doesn't work properly.. In saying that I have been on clomid for 12 months now in an effort to have number 3...
