recommended formula for newborns?

Among so many baby formulas to choose from, any recommended names from experienced moms and nutrition experts? I had brought bottles of 'ready to feed' liquid formula (Similac Advance)with me from the US, but are about to run out, so i need to choose a powder formula ASAP. Any chance i can find the powder version of the same brand here in Hong Kong? Thanks!

Just checked www.wellcome.com.hk for you, and bingo....they do well Similac Advance. A 500g tin costs Hk$158.9 there. If Wellcome sells it, I am sure ParkNShop, Mannings and Watsons sell it to.
