Recommendations on good local kindergartens?

My daughter is 2 1/2 years now. We will be moving to Hong Kong next year. Can someone recommend us some good bilingual local kindergarten in Kowloon Tong and Hong Kong Island? As we are going to HK in november, I would like to apply this week so we can be in time for interviews in november.

My children went to CARITAS ST. FRANCIS KINDERGARTEN,

It isn't bilingual but the children do have English and Mandarin lessons (once a week I if I remember correctly). The staff there are very friendly and even my really shy child enjoyed his time there.

I liked it becasue they mainly use learning through play but have the Chinese structure which gets them ready for school by the age of 6. I was impressed by all the different activities they did and the amount of work the teachers put into preparing for the lessons.
