Hi, Im looking for 3 bedroom place for my husband, 1 year old and baby on the way. I want a place that is over 1000sqf and has a maids room, play area, pool and is modern. My budget is 50k. I'd also prefer to be able to walk to central or be near escalator. Can anyone recommend an apartment bloke that you love, is fairly new and convenient???
