i want to ask about Pueraria mirifica roots..i buy this in wet market.can some one tell me how i use this for breast growth.i read alot about this that it help in breath growth.i buy it in market,now i dont know how i use it.should i boil it and make soup or i blend it in blendder and make paste and apply on breast.please any one have any idea so tell me .thanks alot
