Primary schools in Sai Kung/ Clearwater Bay area

I'm considering a move to Sai Kung or Clearwater Bay. I would like to ask parents who have children attending primary schools in those areas about their kids' experiences in those schools, and how you made the decision. My daughter is mixed, and only understands some basic Cantonese. I'm undecided on local school or ESF/int'l school at this point, as I've attended both and can see the pros and cons of both.
