Prenatal yoga recs?

I've been traveling between Hong Kong and San Francisco for the first 2 trimesters of my pregnancy, and doing prenatal yoga in San Francisco. It's been great, really helpful for my symptoms and connecting with the baby.

Has anyone found a good prenatal yoga studio in HK that they could recommend? I live in the mid-levels, so somewhere easy to get to from here would be great!

pure yoga- they have classes at centrium in central

the yoga room in sheung wan has pre-natal classes in a relaxing setting. more mellow vibe compared to Pure.

Great! Thanks for the tips everyone; I will check out the Yoga Room, it looks like they have prenatal yoga classes daily.

you can also check White Lotus Centre, I tried once and their classes are in small size, comfortable and nice! It is in Lyndhurst Terrace
