I have recently found out I was pregnant (a year ahead of any planned pregnancy!) and am after tips on what supermarkets/stores/services I can use to procure the best foods (healthy, nutritious, good for pregnancy etc) in Hong Kong. I don't have much of a kitchen (currently apartment hunting with the latest surprise news!) so would be looking for easier options until we can move and stock up a kitchen.
The "best" supermarket I can think I that might have ready made food is Oliver's. Not sure about any other supermarkets as I've only been around here for a couple of months and don't need to do groceries much.
