Pregnancy and Breastfeeding need more Calcium

I used to drink Contrex, a French mineral water in high calcium and magnesium that is good for fitness. It is also good for woman who is in pregnant or breastfeeding. Is this common in HK? Anyone has similar experience?

Regular plain filtered water is perfectly fine which is what I drank. Also eat healthy.
