Pok Fu Lam Royalton II info please

Hi I'm moving to HK in a couple of weeks, and am searching the net for places to live. My husband is there now and will be checking out some places over the next few days.

I just saw Royalton II on a Realty site. It looks nice to me. Does anyone live there? I'm looking at one of the 4 bedroom apartments. My kids are 4 & 6 (girls) so I'm keen to find a place that has other families living in it.

How is this area for transport? My husband doesnt really want to look in this area because our kids might end up at the Australian School, and he thinks Kowloons going to be impossible to get to.

Any thoughts or advice would be very much appreciated!

Hi Tracy,

I haven't seen the Royalton so I can't comment on the building. There was another member who had her daughter at AIS and was commuting from Pok Fu Lam. I remember her saying the bus ride was really hard for her.
