International

From what I understand, the following schools are still accepting applications for 2014-2015

http://www.millsinternational.edu.hk/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Mills-Open-Day2014_Slider-01.jpg <-- I went to their open house before and the facility is very good for a preschool

Woodland Pre-Schools <-- this school has pretty good reputation

Hong Kong Academy <-- one of the biggest campus in the area (but also the most expensive)

New Kindergarten and Playgroups in Sai Kung | GSIS <-- a new campus will be opened in the TKO / Sai Kung area next year (German stream only)

Yes it is Mills international preschool.

They will have an open house on Sunday next week (Jan 12) so perhaps you can go and take a look.
