I have heard there is an English learning centre in High street No. 72, they hold playgroup and free talk. Begining from K1 or K2. Anyone interested? Call 2186-7976.
My friend's son has been there for a year and seems quite good. Worth a try!! They teach under fun environment. Price is reasonable too. I think it is around HK$6xx.
