Places to go with a 2-year old in Tokyo

I'll be travelling with my 2-year old to Tokyo. Any recommendations on where to go? Has anyone been to Thomasland recently? Is it worth going?

Hi,

There's some zoo and museum that are worth going for 2 year-olds in Tokyo. I have to look up the names if you want them. But, are you sure you want to bring your kid out during this swine flu?

Ueno park is really nice. You can have a picnic or downtime there.
