Party accessories/packs

We will be celebrating our son's 2nd birthday in 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone can share where would be the best place to buy party accessories for kids (paper cups, plates, decorations, balloons, etc) without spending an arm and leg?

Also any ideas about party packs? Of course we're looking for quality with value for money

Spotlight at Megabox has a good selection of party stuff - plates, cups, cutlery, plastic tablecloths, balloons, party favours, party bags, hats, just about everything.

Toys R Us at Ocean Terminal has a pretty big range too from memory.

There's also a party accessory place in the Prince's Building but not sure of their range for a 2 year old.

How about at City Super's home section in Times Square? We got some really cute paper bags for my son's first birthday....it's not in the main market, but the section behind the escalators going down.

ps> snowbird, i'm sorry that we haven't had a chance to get together, my part-time staff just got back from a month off and i was covering all of her classes while she was away... that's working 7 days per week!

Spot light would probably give u the best choice and price wise it is not that much more expensive then Toys r us, U can also try Toys club they are also pretty good

this is a local secret. go to wanchai, johnston road KFC, near the wanchai market. it's across the street fro the MTR exit. go into that small street where there's a "angel" beauty accessory shop (like a sasa), you'll find on the left several toy stores (there're now hanging the CNY decor outside the shops. inside, they sell disney party sccessories (like cups, hats, party favors. the set of cups, table cloth thingy is $10 cheaper than toysrus. i just bought some for my daughter's party.
