Need to find a new FT helper!

hiya! was wondering if there are any suggested ways to find a good helper? we've tried agencies.. have browsed through Geobaby classifieds..where else can we go? are they any good reputable agencies that do listen to you and find a match to meet your needs?

or are they any recommended helpers who they need new work due to their employer's relocation?

any thoughts would be great!.. just seems like finding someone good is near impossible!! thank you!
