Hi to all of you. I was wondering what would be a reasonable rate to pay per hour for a native tutor to teach your toddler/preschooler one on one?

with 13 years experience, i charge $400 plus parking. i also have many students in bel air.

A qualified teacher i.e. with a Grad. Cert. in Ed/Early Ed commands a minimum wage of $300/hr with little experience if it's a one to one setting. This fee goes up to $600/hour. Most experienced Native-Speaking English Teachers I know (with credentials and experience) charge about $500/hour.

But there are many uni students/spouses of HK residents/expats out there with the right accent dependent on their education background... and they charge between HKD$150 to $250 (dependent on experience).
