Monsters vs Aliens $$$$$

What is going on with movie ticket prices in HK? We were planning on seeing Monsters vs Aliens over the easter holidays, but its $120 for an adult ticket and $85 for kids. The morning show is a bit cheaper, but is still a bit steep. What is going on? I know its in 3D but that doesn't explain the price hike! The only place not showing it in 3D is in Tung Chung.

seriously??? even at cyberport! do 3-d films cost more to run??

i don't recall movies that were very expensive to make, like harry potter having higher ticket prices!!! very disappointed to learn this!!!

Cyberport is only showing the Cantonese version. Morning shows are $55 and $90 for the later shows.

Tung Chung is the only theatre showing the non-3D version.
