You can do whatever you like. You can turn up at QMH having not registered at Tsan Yuk and they won't turn you away, although things will go more smoothly if they do have your records. I only went to the TY three times before I gave birth recently. It is a good idea to take copies of your tests, otherwise they might want to do them again.
