Medical insurance which does not require GP referral for Specialist?

Im currently in my third trimester, and with arrival of little one, I am looking into medical insurances.

I am interested in insurances that does not require GP referrals for Specialists or other services (physio, chiropractor, etc)

I checked out HSBC insurance and they look pretty good, only that im getting conflicting answers on the referral part.

Any advice on HSBC insurance or any other insurances with no referral will be much appreciated.
