I've called avelina and she would like to have a starting salary of $4900 to work with our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Also she would like us to hire a part time for cleaning, so she can concentrate on the kids. Well, I think she is a bit over my budget... but I'm so impressed with her fluent english. Too bad...
