Looking for BF Moms with 8-12 month olds!

Although I am currently an active member of La Leche League Hong Kong, I am interested in meeting other moms who are still breastfeeding their babies, preferably in the 8-12 month age range.

I have a 9 month old daughter who is still nursing, and we would like to meet with other moms and babies :-)

I'm still BFing my 8 month old and intend to until he's a couple of months past a year -- I'd love to meet up with other bfing mums! Especially w/ regards to getting support with the biting problem I'm having -- it's been a nightmare! Hope to meet up with you guys sooN!

My 8-mth-old baby boy is fully fed on breastmilk too. But he's a bottle fed baby as he refused my breast since he was discharged from hospital after staying there for 3 mths. Would love to meet up too.
 
Hello ladies - Thanks for all your replies! It's nice to know that the BF relationship doesn't stop after "6 months" and that there are many more moms out there who are still nursing.

Should we try to get together next week? How is everyone's schedule?

How does some place in Causeway Bay on Wednesday August 20th at 3:30pm sound? Any suggestions on locations or other dates/times?

me too still BF-ing and would love to continue doing so until my gal is at least 1yr old and let her wean herself. My gal is now 7mths1week..hehe...do i "qualify"? would love to meet up too. I stay over at Kowloon side though. Am finding it hard to go for outings cos of gal's routines now that solids has started. How does all of u cope?

So what's the venue? Times square? Actually there's a nice and cosy little cafe in City Super, Times Square called Aunt Stella. Usually not crowded.
 
Hey ladies - I think CWB or the area nearby would work well, but we need somewhere roomy so some of the kids can crawl or at least be able to move around a bit. I know it's not easy to find seeing how small all the restaurants are.

W2BMOM - Aunt Stella is a little small for all the moms to meet. There are 7 of us total plus our kids, ranging from 7 months to 11 months.

Does anyone else have any other suggestion for location? I hear the new Pacific Coffee across from Hopewell Center in Wan Chai is very very quiet upstairs, but it isn't the most friendly for public transport. Are there any quiet coffee places we could meet at?
