My aunt, who's an anaesthetist, used to worked with him at Queen Mary's maternal ward. She told me he's very talented, caring and decisive (very important at critical circumstances) - highly recommended. But I was already seeing his partner, Dr Macor Wan in the first place although I was tempted to switch to Dr Lam after hearing that. Good luck!
