Indonesian helpers?

We recently moved to HK from UK and I was really hoping to hire an Indonesian helper, but who also spoke English. I know there are a lot of Indonesians here, but they seem to work mostly for local employers, and with limited English.

Any suggestions on hiring an English speaking Indonesian maid would be greatly appreciated (or views on why I should not, if more appropriate!)
