Since we still don't have school to confirm our seats yet, I applied IMS primary (Grade 1 and 2). I heard many things about Montessori. Some said good and some said "conceptual". My children never went to Montessori school. I would like to know if any child of yours is going to IMS and how do you feel about it? Thanks a lot.

I am an IMS parent. I suggest you familiarize yourself with Montessori education to help you make your decision easier (e.g. the 3-hour work cycle, approach to mathematics and languages, etc.). IMS itself can suggest some reading sources for you. Montessori in general and IMS in particular provide an amazing education and can really help develop a child's self-discipline/self-motivation and foster a love of learning. The Primary Program will be moving to a new campus with expanded space in September. Everyone is excited about the new space. Good luck with your decision!
