Has anyone tried Hypnobabies here in Hongkong?

I have seen these videos in youtube about hypnobabies and got really interested..Im 12 weeks pregnant and wanted to try these method. I was wondering if someone here in HK had this experience before? May you share how it went? and If you have available self course if youre selling it?thanks!

Annerley run a hypnobirthing course and it is excellent. I did the course last year and it helped immensely in labour.
