Was just speaking to the friend who had her son at Harbour. He's now in P1 at an ESF school. He's way ahead the other kids in his class. He can read and write fairly well. Which is surprising as most kindergartens are just playschools and don't prepare the kids for P1.
My oldest was in Sunshine and was also very well prepared for P1, being able to read and write. It depends on the child and their level of development. For ESF it doesn't really matter, they'll group them accordingly where necessary. I heard good things though about the school, pretty solid.
