Does anyone know of any gyms that i would be allowed to bring my son with me while I work out? or where we could work out together? He is only 4 and im struggling to find a gyms that has creche facilities. Or can anyone recommend a Personal Trainer that would be able to come to our apartments gym?

Unfortunately trivinob, as everyone is expected to have a helper, the gyms in HK do not have creche facilities.
It's a shame as my kids used to love going to the play area at my gym in the UK becauase it was full of activities. As almost everyone has a DH there is little call for this service.
