Good private piano teachers and ballet classes?

We recently moved to Hong Kong, and I've been looking for a piano teacher and a good ballet class for my 5-yr-old daughter. If you have any good ones to recommend, please let us know. We'd appreciate it!

I don't think she has a website, but the link that posted is about the specific way she teaches piano to children. I can pm her email if interested.
