comments? and the local system

Is there somewhere I can find out about the process to apply to primary schools? and what about the LOCAL primary schools? Would it be recommended if I had my little one to try a local one? I would like them to learn Chinese actually (we're in Hong Kong naturally)!

Any expats out there try the local schools? I would appreciate any info and guidance!

Also, anyone heard anything about American Intl School, Woodland Intl or Yew Chung Intl? I'm researching, but feel a little overwhelmed with the process.
