Has anyone had/have experience w/ this group? Particularly the campus in Siu Sai Wan (Cheerful Garden). When do they accept applications? Is there a waitlist? What are their fees? How is the English in the bilingual stream? Is there really a strong emphasis on phonics?
Their website leaves a lot to be desired. I've tried emailing them, but never got a reply. Is replying to emails just not common in HK? This isn't the first school I've tried contacting via email.
