my son is always allergic to cow formula, had vomitted every time whenever he had it, i tried about 4 times in total, once he vomitted till he almost passed out. So the dr recommended soy milk because he said goat milk's composition is like cow milk....we've used soy milk similac, they sell it in the mannings in IFC (hard to find it elsewhere...). Ask your dr, at least this is what he told me, I went to 3 different drs, all said the same thing. Since the allergy is quite serious i didn't try cow milk more than 4 times (3 times before he was 1 year old, I tried again when he was 20 months old, didn't pass out, but vomitted a lot)...good luck!
