Formula from the US, will HK Post confiscate?

My cousin who was suppose to come to HK next week for a visit had to cancel her trip. She however, already bought clothes, toys plus 5 big cans of formula as gifts for my bub and she's planning on shipping them to HK. Is shipping milk ok? I'm afraid the milk will be confiscated so I told her to hold on to them first until I clear this out. Otherwise, she will have to give them to someone else.

hk pretty much lets everything in except:
1) guns
2) drugs (the illegal variety)
3) animals from some countries

you shouldn't have any trouble at all...

My dad worked for Hong Kong Post. He said infant formula is fine.
