Fluoride - Is HK water fluoridated?

I keep hearing different reports about whether the water here is fluoridated? It certainly smells strongly of chlorine.

Yes it is flouridated. And also chlorinated. The water problems in HK stem not from the quality of the water but the quality of the pipes.
