Finding a FT Helper, urgent help needed pls

I spoke to a agency today and was told that I should look at the terminate contracts because sometimes the helpers with finish contracts can be very picky and sometimes even if you choose them and start a contract sometimes they would pick someone else. But, with the terminate K, they have to leave HK to wait for their visas, so at least that's a bit safer.

With so many people leaving, I don't think helpers can be picky. I would interview finished contract helpers, as well as terminated.

guess that is what I thought too ,that with the economy being as it is ,I would have no problem finding someone
but its been a month and still no luck
