Does anyone know of any prenatal classes that are after 5pm during the week in HK? I ve checked out lots of yoga places but can't seem to find anything. I'm looking to keep fit and meet some other mummies-to-be so would prefer a dedicated prenatal class. Pilates works too! Any tips gratefully received. Thanks.
