English speaking primary schools - NOT international schools??

I can guarantee you that every student at SM speaks Cantonese or is , to some extent, ethnically Chinese: their name is no indictaor of ethnicity or language capability.
 
correction - there are a small number of Indian students, but thet all speak Cantonese. The proportion of non_Chinese is notging like as high as 20%
