B btc Registered User Oct 11, 2014 #433 For those of you interested, the Pre-Natal class at the Yoga Room was great, not too easy nor too hard. Great way to stretch out tight muscles and ligaments. Lots of prop use - bolster, blanket and blocks. Class size was small.
