Hi luli 82, and welcome! I tried yoga and pilates at Flex and I loved both. I bought a small 5 classes pass that I will probably use very quickly as I plan to go there twice a week (1 yoga 1 pilates). I am going on Mon 11.15am and Wed same time if you want to join for a trial (if so, just remember to ask for a discount on your trial class, they usually do 50% but have to ask With jtaylor we also tried the Yoga room in sheung wan and we will probably go on saturdays. feel free to join there to if you want to have a look before deciding what is best for you. I also live in Mid Levels, pm me if you fancy going for a coffee one of these days... oops, a smoothie...
