AprilBuddy2014, thanks to share the info and will go and check that out, yes if money can buy peace and a long night sleep, it's worth to put the investment :D

@rosieposie, which car seat and stroller did you get? i am researching and can't seem to decide.

also, i bought the medela swing maxi double breast pump at the expo for $2640, and it came with a cooler bag and 4 milk storage bottles inside.

Hi i got the chicco travel system. Mothercare worked out to be more expensive. Graco only had display ones left & wasn't isofix..

I really want the medela pump too :)

Breaking news!!
Just got email... Bumps to Babes is having a big sale, up to 50% off - both in the Pedder St store & Horizon Plaza store in Ap Lei Chau. Happy shopping!!

Is anyone planning to buy a wipe warmer for winter babies? I am still debating getting one or just using warm water to wet the wipes each time. :-)

I know a mum who used one, but I never bothered. For the first couple of months I used cotton pads in warm water. It was recommended not to use commercial wipes on baby's skin for the first little while, and if you use cotton you've soaked yourself, it's better to have fresh warm water rather than the same water sitting there heating.

@Aprilbuddy, my friend has one and she says as soon as you take the wipe out of the container it cools off, so no point. I agree with k.kong, it's best to use cotton wipes with warm water, don't get the packaged wipes. friend's recommendation.
