Domperidone increasing BM supply

Yes, I used it and it worked wonders. My supply would keep dropping as I had to use nipple shields (as baby was tongue-tied and my nipples were also slightly flat) - so my breastmilk supply was never fantastic (it was enough, but would occasionally drop a little low when baby needed more milk).
I took Motilium tablets (it is a travel sickness remedy with Domperidone as the active ingredient). I would take them maybe once a month for about 3 or 4 days and would notice a big difference. I managed to breastfeed for 6 mths (with nipple shields for that whole time).
I didn't find that fenugreek made any difference for me personally.

Hope that helps

Yes - just started and I reckon it's just kicked in (started Friday so this is the 4th day). Fanda has it, $250 for 100 tabs (I'm taking 6-8 a day), or you can buy it in 25s for a little bit more.
I've been pumping at work but getting less and less (baby is 5 months now) and I just want to up it a little bit so I don't have the stress of not having enough for the next day.
