Hi, my expected due date is around mid of dec, first baby too.

Going for my 4D scan in August, want to find out the gender.

Which hospital r u going to?

Just turned wk 18, my ms is getting better. I found that taking the vitamins and iron tablet made my ms worse in the morning, now I am taking them at night.
Try bird nest, it helps me. Steam with crystal sugar, I add them into my morning milk. If that day I have really bad ms, I will take it before I go to bed.

Hi Jennyy,

I am going to Dr Shell F Wong as a private doctor but will get my delivery @ QE. Got to know gender of baby last week through NIPT verife test [emoji6][emoji6]

My 20 week ultrasound test is due in mid August with Dr Shell Wong.

For my MS I take some medication provided by doc but few days meds also don't work! Thanks for your suggestion of birds nest but I am a vegetarian by birth! [emoji4][emoji4]

Hi ladies

I think there was some interest in an evening dinner cruise with hubby's invited for our next get together.*

Looking at Thursday 6th August 7pm.*

Ideally pick up would be Causeway bay as it's much calmer and easier for us ladies to get on the boat but we can also do a pick up at Central Pier 10 if it's easier for those working that way.*

The trip would be HK$600 inclusive of boat, drinks and dinner onboard. Max capacity is 32.*

Can I have a show of hands for those interested?
