How's everyone doing?

For the first time in many weeks I starting to feel 'better' Its 13 weeks 6 days for me and I dont feel nausea at all yesterday.
Started to go swimming again got tired after 30 mins but its a good start. Will continue to swim this week and hopefully i'll be able to start lifting weight again next week!

Hey Cocoamama, happy to know you are feeling better. I am 13 w4 d today and have woken up feeling more positive and just came back from a 50 mins walk, which feels like a feat nowadays. I am still having more bad days then good days but really glad to hear that you are feeling better. I am hoping this sick feeling will not last too long now.
