During my vast school search i have now heard of places at the Chinese Int School. do any of you have children ther and what do you thinkof it.

Also what is the ratio of chinese to international studants there as I would not like my daughter to be isolated.

Also does anyone have info on Delia school of canada and the international section of the german-swiss school.

Or YMCA secondary college as i said i have been attached to my laptop 10 days now and want it to stop

CIS and GSIS intl section are two of the most sought after international schools in Hong Kong, with high standards of academics. I don't have a child at either school yet (as my children are very young), but would be happy to get them into either of those schools.

I am also eyeing this school for my boy. Could someone please explain the admission process and how the debenture route works? Thanks!

Mommyinhk, you said the mock interviews at the Kelly Yang project seemed to help. I have been thinking on and off about hiring a Mandarin-speaking nanny and came across this thread in geobaby: http://www.geobaby.com/forum/thread123298-3.html in which you posted. It seems from that post that you may in fact be the owner or employee of the Kelly Yang Project? If this is the case, I really think you should disclose this information in the interests of transparency. Not least in this thread about CIS, since many CIS students seem to attend KYP, participate in its competitions, etc. and hence Kelly Yang would be quite well known to the school. Kelly Yang has an impressive background and I must say that I have thought about enrolling my child in KYP later on, though this makes me think twice. Would be grateful for your response and clarification.
