Children's clothes

Hi everyone,

There's a great thread on the geo expat board about the difficulty of finding larger men's and women's clothes and shoes. This got me thinking, is it difficult to find children's clothes in larger sizes - for example for an average European/American 10 year old? (US size 10/12)?

Thanks.

When my daughter got too big for a lot of the kids sizes, I simply bought her small women's sizes - simple stuff like shorts, t-shirts, etc. at Giordano and other shops. I've never found it a problem - maybe if you have a 13 year-old boy who has shot up to 6 foot or something (I have a nephew in the USA like that) - but then it would be the same issue as finding clothes for an adult.

If you have a boy, maybe you can find similar things. I also sometimes buy from US catalog companies like L.L. Bean and Landsend.
