Cantonese playgroup/lessons

Any idea where I can send my four-year-old, who's at an international kindergarten, for cantonese lessons or a playgroup? She doesn't speak a word of cantonese but i worry about her growing up in HK and feeling alienated (if we're here in the next 5-10 years, which looks increasingly likely as the years go by.)
