Can we apply to ESF for P2 (2015)?

Well, we missed P1 application as we were trying to get our LO (YOB: 2009) to improve his speech. Kennedy School replied saying that it is highly unlikely to get him an interview for P1 this year and it is understandable.

As we want him to try for Kennedy School, can I apply now for his P2 (2015)?

I believe you need to wait until September to apply for 2015/2016. Have you tried any other schools?
 
Just FYI, I cannot apply now for academic year 2015 as the online system is only giving me one of the two options to pick - 2013/2014 or 2014/2015. :(
